Shareholders of Lex Tenants Corporation (50 Lexington Avenue) vote to elect the Board Members. Board Members are elected for one year at the annual shareholder meeting (taking place usually every September). There are seven board members: President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer, and three officers.
