As you probably noticed, currently there is some work performed by Time Warner Cable in the building. TWC is upgrading the building's cable wires, but since the old, existing, wires cannot be replaced using the existing conduits, the new wires are being placed in the hallways. Soon, TWC will connect the new wires to the apartments which will result in better picture quality and increased service reliability. |
