Please read the attached memo regarding the procedures for moving in or out of the building. Please remember that you need to schedule the move at least 48 hours prior to the move with the superintendent. Since moving into or out of the building requires prolonged usage of one of the two elevators in the building scheduling is a must to ensure a smooth move with minimal interference to the other residents of the building. You can contact the superintendent or Matthew Adam Properties (212-699-8900) for updated information on required move in/out deposit fees and forms. The attached files are in pdf format.
