So, you decided it is time to renovate your apartment. Or, you just purchased an apartment in the building and you want to make alterations or renovations before you move in. Well, before you invest time and money in renovation plans, or pay money to contractors, you should make sure that you know the guidelines for renovating in 50 Lexington Avenue. Many apartments in the building have gone through dramatic changes from their original floor plans and are truly one of a kind now. We just need to make sure that any alteration plan does not compromise the integrity of the building and its infrastructure. Please take into account the fact that some changes will not be approved and that the process for approval may take some time. Please read the following agreements (Decorating and Alteration) and contact Matthew Adam Properties at 212-699-8900 (Janusz Sikora or Salvina Scerri) if you have additional questions or if you are ready to move ahead with your plans.
