In order to help the building's residents (both shareholders and sublessees) familiarize themselves with the rules of the building, attached are several memos pertaining to various rules and regulations of the building. While it might seem like we have a lot of rules, most of them are really common sense practices designed to keep the building in great shape and limit any frictions among us. Please make sure you are aware of these rules to reduce any inconvenience that might arise from not following them. The attached files are in pdf format. To be able to read them you will need Adobe® Acrobat® software. If you do not have this software on your computer a free version of Adobe® Acrobat® Reader can be obtained at: ![]() Important Note: The rules and various memos posted here are for informational purposes only. The complete and binding co-op rules and regulations are available from Matthew Adam Properties and/or the Board of Directors of Lex Tenants Corp. We will make every effort to keep this website updated. Overll Building Rules Balcony
